Years ago, I wouldn't even dream of having bubble tea at Surfers so it's nice to see Gongcha on the main Cavill Avenue alongside Chatime. This Gongcha was spacious, clean and friendly. The longan and red date tea was good, though I did ask for full ice but was only given quarter. Not a big deal for me but can be a deal breaker for some especially on a hot summer day :)

A bit small and cramped but the product was delicious. Excellent bubble tea, flavours fab. Adjusting sugar and ice fantastic option. Loved it!!

I recon the pearl milk tea in Gold Coast is better than the one in Brisbane. It got more milk flavor and the pearl was more chewy and sweet. Good drink.

The people at Gong Cha Surfers are super friendly, helpful and welcoming. Service is fast given that its quite busy and they are really accommodating with orders. The flavor is on point and tastes just like the ones I have had back home. Every cup is spot on in flavor. Their Lychee Oolong and Pearl Milk tea are my favorites!

As a Taiwanese, I tried Royal Pearl Milk Tea ($7.6) and it turned out as sweet and delightful as the ones I usually had back in my home country. Let me tell you a fun fact, bubble tea in Taiwan normally cost about half the prices here.
